Willink School Uniform
When you order online, delivery is automatically included. However, if you prefer to pick up your order or have it delivered to a school or club for free, you can select that option at the checkout by ticking the box.
Please ensure you are confident about your sizes, as items with printed names cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any doubts, it's a good idea to double-check before placing your order.
The uniform order deadline for guaranteed collection/delivery is Monday 23rd June 2025. Orders placed after this date may not be ready in time for the start of the September term.
Please book an appointment if you need assistance with school uniform sizing or fitting. This helps us ensure you won't need to come back another time, avoiding any disappointment contact us.

Returns Policy
At Oliver Embroidery, every item is made to order with care and attention to detail. To help us maintain high standards and avoid waste, we kindly ask customers to double-check all order details before placing an order. This includes garment size, colour, spelling of personalisation, and logo placement.
Personalised & Custom Orders
All personalised, embroidered or printed items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is faulty or an error has been made on our part. This includes items with names, initials, logos, or bespoke sizing.
Non-Personalised Items
Non-personalised items can be returned or exchanged within 28 days* of receipt. Items must be:
* Unworn, unwashed and in original condition
* Returned with original packaging and any labels still attached
* Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If we’ve made a mistake, we’ll correct it quickly at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days* of receiving your order with a photo of the issue.
Sizing Guidance
We provide detailed size guides and fitting advice. If you're unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizes on personalised items.
